　　靜壓式液位變送器使用事項：

 

　　The use of static pressure liquid level transmitter:

 

　　1、使用中發(fā)現(xiàn)異常，應(yīng)關(guān)掉電源，停止使用，進行檢查或直接向企業(yè)技術(shù)部。

 

　　1.If an abnormality is found during use,the power should be turned off,stop using,and check or directly contact the technical department of the enterprise.

 

　　2、接供電電源時應(yīng)嚴格按照我公司接線說明進行連接。

 

　　2.When connecting to the power supply,you should strictly follow the wiring instructions of our company.

 

　　3、液位變送器運輸、儲存時應(yīng)恢復(fù)原包裝，存放在陰涼、干燥、通風(fēng)的庫房內(nèi)。

 

　　3.The liquid level transmitter should be restored to its original packaging during transportation and storage,and stored in a cool,dry and ventilated warehouse.

 

　　4、避免液體下流時壓力直接沖擊探頭，或者用其他的物體擋住液體下流時候那瞬間直接沖擊的壓力就可以了。

 

　　4.Avoid direct impact of pressure on the probe when the liquid flows down,or use other objects to block the direct impact pressure when the liquid flows down.

 

　　5、把進水口裝成淋浴式的，把一股大水流切斷成小水流噴灑下來，效果還不錯;把進水管口彎一下，使進水口略微往上翹一點，水在出來時會首先往空中拋然后再落下，減少了直接沖擊(將動能轉(zhuǎn)換成勢能)。

 

　　5.Install the water inlet as a shower type,cut a large stream of water into a small stream and spray it down,the effect is not bad;bend the water inlet pipe to make the water inlet slightly upwards,when the water comes out,it will go first Throwing in the air and then falling again reduces the direct impact(converting kinetic energy into potential energy).

 

　　6、盡量原理大功率設(shè)備，避免強磁場干擾對精度的影響，應(yīng)該是液位計保持在正常溫度范圍內(nèi)，否則將會嚴重影響液位計的精度和使用壽命，產(chǎn)生溫漂現(xiàn)象長期下去可能會直接燒會變送器！

 

　　6.Try to use high-power equipment as much as possible to avoid the impact of strong magnetic field interference on accuracy.The level gauge should be kept within the normal temperature range,otherwise it will seriously affect the accuracy and service life of the level gauge,and the temperature drift phenomenon may continue for a long time.Will burn the transmitter directly!
